Pepper - a robot that recognizes human emotions.



  Softbank's personal robot Pepper will be shown in Japan, and will initially only sale only 1,000 units . Pepper is an intelligent humanoid robot able to recognize human emotions (anger, sadness, joy) and to respond to them. He does this with the help of several cameras, touch sensors , accelerometers, and other sensors as part of its multi-layered neural networks. 



The robot also supports a number of applications that can be downloaded via app stores, and now there are about 200. Softbank plans to publish the "Pepper for Biz" business model of the robot in the fall of this year, you can find more details about the robot in the Softbank World 2015 event in July. The price of this robot is 1600 dollars.
