Fans of "American Horror Story" can expect there to be some strong scenes this "Hotel" season with group sex on the menu.
The
show has long been a TV-MA-rated series for adult themes and strong,
suggestive content that has been controversial to say the least. But FX
is also known for pushing the envelope on basic cable and allowing much
more racy content on their network.
Now that the series has premiered its "Hotel" installment, fans of
the series can expect there to be many scenes this season that will
involve strong suggestive content coupled with even more gore than any
previous seasons of the anthology show, according to E! News.
Murphy sat down and spoke with E! News and he revealed what is going to be special and unique about this season.
Well, it's [Gaga.] I think she's sexy," Murphy told E! News. "And I
think she and Matt Bomer and she and Finn Witrock are sexy. There's a
lot of group sex happening on the show."
Sex is something that the show has never been too shy to show on
camera, with interesting angles that did not reveal the whole scene, but
enough to get the viewer intrigued. Those who tuned into the first
episode on Wednesday night knew exactly what he was talking about when
they saw the first scene with Matt Bomer and Gaga.
Fans should also keep in mind though that this is a horror show, not
just a sexy exploit. That being said, Murphy also talked about the
amount blood and terror fans will get exposed to this season.
"We've never done a bloodier or, I feel, in-your-face season," Murphy said. "We are doubling down on the gore."
If you have been keeping up on previous seasons then you know all to
well that the show is not afraid to show some blood. But if "Hotel" is
expected to raise the bar on that, then it is going to need a lot of
napkins to wipe itself down.
