the Outlook text module software saves you a lot of time answering
support mails and yet with a personal touch.
The new version gives you the option to
use situation-aware phrases (like “Good evening” or “Merry Christmas”)
and limit their use at the same time per person in order to keep it
personal and not repetitive.
An example shows all the advantages
ReplyButler offers: If the user replies to and e-mail that contains
these trigger words (like a product name), ReplyButler will
automatically:
- Recognize the language
- Write the greeting phrase with the right (first or last) name
- Suggest the matching text modules
- Insert the chosen text module in the right language.
- Append the matching greeting phrase
So the e-mail was answered is ready
to send within seconds. In addition, ReplyButler will automatically use
user-defined rules to move the answered e-mails into another folder.
